Is this how you feel?
In this crazy, fast-paced world, mental and emotional well-being and stability can be challenging to attain. Difficult past experiences, challenges you’re facing, and dozens of stressors that seem to never go away make many of us feel overwhelmed and emotionally drained.
If you feel constant worry (about the future, your relationships, health, etc.), excess sadness that doesn’t go away, or struggle with intrusive thoughts that have a detrimental effect on your daily functioning (e.g., cause problems with sleeping or make it difficult to perform everyday tasks), it’s a good idea to consider counseling.
You don’t have to go through your challenges alone; we’re here to help! Therapy will provide you with a safe and supportive space where you can:
Explore and understand your thoughts and feelings
Find relief and stability
Regain emotional and mental well-being
Learn how to cope with whatever life throws your way in a healthy manner

Our role is to provide you with the support and knowledge you need to take the next step. And then, the next. Together, we will work on your mental and emotional well-being and work through obstacles that are in the way. I know they may seem insurmountable right now. But that’s not true. Let’s prove them wrong!
When should you seek counseling?
Generally speaking, when your challenges or past experiences become too heavy for you to handle on your own. Our clients reach out when they:
Experience excessive anxiety, constant worry, or panic attacks
Feel sad, unmotivated, or hopeless
Struggle with past traumatic experiences
Have difficulty concentrating, sleeping, or performing daily tasks
Feel disconnected from their loved ones or when they feel that their relationships suffer because of how they feel

What counseling can help you with?
Counseling offers access to a safe and non-judgmental space where you can work on your mental and emotional well-being in a comfortable setting and at your own pace.
Various therapy modalities we use in the counseling process will also equip you with tools and coping strategies that will help you build resilience and face future challenges with confidence.

Therapy isn’t just for dealing with mental health conditions; it also helps you build overall well-being and self-esteem.
Therapy will help you work on your self-awareness, confidence, and resilience. Those skills will enable you to deal with future life’s challenges with more ease.
Additionally, by learning healthy coping mechanisms and working on your overall happiness, therapy will allow you to find stability and improve your functioning in almost all aspects of your life!
What to expect in therapy
Psychotherapy (or counseling) is a type of mental health treatment that involves regular meetings and conversations between you and a licensed mental health professional. The goal of the counseling process is to help you overcome your emotional challenges and work on your mental health conditions.
Counseling enables you to uncover the underlying causes of your mental health issues and distress and learn how to cope with them in a healthy way, i.a., by developing skills and strategies that help you deal with life’s stressors and challenges.
Depending on the type of therapy, you will participate in guided conversations that will help you gain a better understanding of your mental and emotional state so that you can improve it, regain balance in life, and let the constant worry go.
