Hi, I’m Kelly Burns!
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Board-Certified Art Therapist. I am passionate about helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges. My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where you can feel understood, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

Life can feel overwhelming, leaving you feeling stuck, disconnected, anxious, or uncertain about how to move forward. Whether you're struggling with the effects of past experiences, navigating a major life transition, coping with depression or anxiety, or working through relationship difficulties, you don't have to face it alone. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you can speak openly, feel heard, and explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we will identify patterns, build effective coping strategies, and work toward the goals that matter most to you.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. As a Board-Certified Art Therapist, I also recognize that some experiences can be difficult to express through words alone. When appropriate, I incorporate creative and expressive techniques to help clients gain insight, process emotions, and discover new pathways toward healing. My goal is to help you feel more empowered, confident, and connected as you move forward on your journey.
